John J. Han is Professor of English and Creative Writing and Associate Dean of the School of Humanities and Theology at Missouri Baptist University, and Senior Editor of the K-GSP Forum.

Born in South Korea and now a naturalized U.S. citizen, he earned an M.A. in English from Kansas State University and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He also edits Intégrité, Missouri Baptist University’s journal of faith and learning.
Dr. Han is the author, editor, or translator of 38 books, published by Rodopi, Peter Lang, McFarland, Bloomsbury Academic, and other presses. He has published hundreds of scholarly articles and more than 3,000 poems, mostly haiku, in journals and anthologies around the world, and is internationally recognized as one of the finest haiku poets writing in English.
